I called Chris and Crystal on Wednesday telling them my water heater was leaking around the lower element. Its also 14 years old so I knew a new one was required. They can out Friday and have me a great estimate to not only replace it but relocate it to the crawl space. They came on Friday and had it all completed by noon. Very professional but very personal too. Great team. I am having them come back to give me an estimate for a total house replumb too. Highly recommended!!!

A flooring company installed 3 toilets incorrectly, luckily there was no water damage, but due to poor installation, it created lots of issues. After dealing with these problems for about 14 months, we reached out to Serenity for help. These guys are legit -- a local small business that really takes care of its customers. Chris and Crystal provided excellent service. Chris quickly identified the solution to a plumbing issue we had that another plumber was unable to fix. He was thorough in his assessment and his estimate was more than fair for the work they did. Fingers crossed we don't have any future plumbing issues, but if we do, we'll be calling Serenity Plumbing first!

When we moved to our new place we didn't realize it didn't have a water filtration system for our well. We vetted 3 companies and far and way Serenity was the most professional. They were great communicators and showed up on time and completed the project and jobsite remained clean. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Crystal made the entire process painless, from answering my initial call to installing the water treatment system! Not only does Crystal answer your call, but she is present at installation to go over how the app works so you can check your water treatment remotely, see your exact usage, shut off the water, and increase or decrease your softener! You will also see the level of salt usage, so you know exactly when to add a bag or 2 to your salt bin! All the information is right on your phone. Chris did an excellent job at setting everything up. He immediately spotted where my previous plumber had plumbed my expansion tank incorrectly- and fixed that when he installed the new filter and softener tanks. Serenity Plumbing was first class, professional, highly informative and educational during the entire process! ***** UPDATE: Serenity Plumbing stuck with me after installation when the water was colored from the clay soil. They responded immediately! The problem was NOT the filter and softener tanks they had installed- it was damage to the casing well pipe from a lightning strike! I had the well pump and service company (Anderson Well) out ASAP and they were able to repair the damaged casing. Then Serenity Plumbing came back out and flushed the tanks one more time. The best part is the filter tank had already begun catching up as the only colored water was still in the pipes within the house- which flushed out fairly quickly. I CAN NOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF CHRIS AND CRYSTAL from Serenity Plumbing. What a great name for a superlative plumbing company that provides the serenity and reassurance that they will stick with you until the problem is resolved !!

Serenity Plumbing was amazing - so responsive and easy to work with. We had an emergency leak with our main line in the evening, and Gavin arrived within 15 minutes. He was able to provide a solution that allowed us to keep using our water until he returned first thing in the morning with the right valve. Gavin was able to explain the problem and solution, we never felt like he was selling us, and he was so kind to our kids and our cat. He helped turn our moment of panic moment into just a little hiccup. Well definitely use Serenity Plumbing for future projects.

Kitchen sink drain line was plugged. I tried to clear the line with drain cleaner and then a drain snake without success. Called Serenity Plumbing and setup an appointment. The communication was excellent. They were right on time and very professional. They cleared the drain line at a very reasonable price. They said the drain cleaner probably made the pluggage worse. I highly recommend Serenity Plumbing.

I called Serenity almost in tears after some work another plumber did was leaking. They showed up in less than an hour. They knew what they were doing and fixed my leak and installed an ice maker box (I think was the name) which the other plumber had said couldn't be done. They were knowledgeable and friendly and turned my bad day around. I will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

I called Serenity Plumbing on a Friday due to a bathroom leak of unknown origin that was leaking through my kitchen ceiling substantially. She got me scheduled for Monday morning which was fantastic! I chose Serenity based on its reviews, which were positive and specific. Thankfully, as someone who had a recent negative experience with another plumbing company who sent two plumbers who were unprofessional, unfriendly, walked on my carpets without shoe coverings in work boots and charged me over $500 to repair a leaky faucet which they did not fix!, I was so happy that Serenity did not disappoint. Chris and Gavin were my plumbers and they were everything that those other two guys were not - courteous from the get go, put on shoe coverings immediately without asking, and professional and competent overall. They got to work figuring out where the leak was, and kept me apprised the whole time of what they found. While they were here, I had them fix two other smaller plumbing matters. No one wants to have to deal with a major plumbing problem and the concern is always that a plumber will tell you that you have to have significant work done, costing thousands. This was not the case with Chris and Gavin. Chris found the culprit, did the work while Gavin worked on my leaky faucet fixture, and despite being here for a few hours, only charged me slightly over $600. So that made me realize that the other guys overcharged me for the work they did! Honestly is key in the home repair business and it is too often lacking. I am so glad I found a plumbing business and plumbers I can trust for any future needs. I highly recommend Serenity.

Our kitchen sink was clogged big time. Before it stopped up completely, it had been draining slowly for quite a while. Serenity arrived right on time. After inspection, they snaked it with a smaller snake, and realized they needed the big dog. They diligently worked at it and then tested it 3 times before they were satisfied it was clear. The water literally rushed down the drain! An awesome sound to hear! They were both courteous and professional, and very easy to talk to. I consider the price very reasonable. They are now our go to plumber. Thanks, guys!

Chris and team came on time and simply knocked this install out of the park 100%. Had them install hot/cold water lines to an outdoor sink, from under the house. Shower stem needed to be replaced Chris and Gavin did an excellent job and cleaned up very well. Love this company.

Issue: My bathtub pipe was clogged way down deep where a regular plastic snake wouldnt reach and an electric snake was required. Solution: Chris and Gavin saved the day with the electric snake! It took a lot of effort and perseverance to remove the hair that was stuck way down in the pipe. Bonus: Chris gave me some great information for the home renovations Im doing which was super helpful to know for planning purposes. I highly recommend Serenity Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I got the answers I needed as well as recommendations for the type of drains to use to help with this issue. They are experts in their field, reasonably priced, professional, helpful, excellent service, and very nice!! These folks are great! Met them at the Home Show where we discussed the issues with the filtration system, etc. Crystal listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time researching and educating me on the types of media required. While working on the filtration system, the discovered a very unsafe electrical problem and resolved it. Serenity will be our plumber for life.

We were lucky enough to meet the Serenity team at the Richmond Home & Garden show this past weekend. We talked to them about some plumbing issues we were having. Other businesses at the show were very eager to rush out and diagnose the issues for a price which I appreciated. The folks at Serenity were so friendly and down to Earth and made a couple suggestions to try on our own. We were grateful for their thoughts and told them we would be calling them if and when our inexperience got the better of us. We left the show, ran to Home Depot, and spent a couple hours cursing our existence, but lo and behold, their tips worked! We were beyond ecstatic! But the icing on the cake was they called us Monday morning to follow-up and make sure we were up and running. That is phenomenal service even when it didnt benefit them. Rest assured, we already have a couple other things lined up to take care of and they will be the first call we make very soon! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!

Awesome work. Came out to diagnose a burst pipe. Ended up having to replace the entire piping under the house. They came out and did it within 24 hours. Took them 2 hours to finish the work and the price was on the lower end of their quote. No nonsense, showed me the pipes they worked on and explained the issue. Highly recommend!

They went above and beyond! When our hot water heater broke, we were scrambling to heat water on the stove for our daughter. We ended up buying the wrong one to be installed, and Serenity Plumbing was so patient in helping us find the cheapest option and correct install. They came in the morning to try to install the one we bought, but when we found out it was the wrong one they got us a quote and scheduled the next day to come back out. However, the owner and the guys who do the install were so sweet and made extra time to come back SAME DAY to install the heater for our daughter. Everyone was so polite and respectful! The owner even texted later that day to ensure the hot water was working. This experience was so amazing, so easy, and so thoughtful! This company goes above and beyond, instilling trust and loyalty in their customers. I highly recommend Serenity Plumbing.

Serenity is a plumbing company that was subcontracted for our bathroom redo. They arrived on time, completed the job as required, while being mindful of not leaving trash lying around. Nick, the lead plumber is very courteous and efficient. After replacing 2 toilets, 2 sinks and hardware for the sinks, tub and separate shower, he checked everything including the crawl space. He found one issue that he corrected before leaving. I was very impressed by the professional service we receive from the plumbers as well as Crystal, who answers their phone and coordinates the project. I will use them again should I need additional plumbing done in my home.

If you're looking for an honest GREAT plumbing company. These guys are it. They fixed a water heater installation another plumbing company, "City Wide Plumbing", installed and failed inspection. Serenity installed copper pipe, removed black nipples and flex tubing and removed an improperly installed pressure tank and installed a new one correctly. They were quick, friendly and efficient. If your tired of getting ripped off....these guys are the best.
