Our Workmanship Warranty
At Serenity Plumbing, we stand behind the quality of our work. Our standard warranty covers our workmanship and the parts we supply for one year from the date the work is completed.
What’s Covered
- Plumbing installation or repair defects resulting from our workmanship
- Defects in parts supplied and installed by Serenity Plumbing during the warranty period
- Labor and materials needed to correct a covered issue at no additional charge
What’s Not Covered
- Customer-supplied fixtures, equipment, or parts. Our workmanship warranty covers their installation, but not defects or failures in those customer-supplied products.
- Pre-existing plumbing problems or failures in piping, fixtures, or equipment outside the scope of our work
- Damage or failures caused by misuse, neglect, lack of required maintenance, freezing, or normal wear and tear
- Drain or sewer blockages caused by foreign objects or materials introduced into the system
- Repairs, alterations, or tampering by others that affect the work we performed. These actions void warranty coverage for the affected work.
- Drywall, paint, tile, flooring, or other finish repairs unless expressly included in your written scope of work
Manufacturer warranties may provide separate coverage for certain products and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Customers with an applicable Platinum Maintenance Agreement receive a 12-month workmanship warranty under that agreement.
